Federal Court Criminal Defense Litigation

Being involved in a federal criminal case is often far more serious than state court, especially for drug cases and white collar crimes.  There is a greater potential for much longer sentences compared to a state cases. Federal courts also tend to move more quickly and operate differently than state courts.  Even after a conviction, sentencing, appeals and issues related to supervised release can consume enormous time and effort before all avenues are exhausted.
